Been hangin out in mission beach a lot, thats been nice. Got stood up worse than I have ever been saturday night, it was so bad it was even a little funny, made me sad enough to fall asleep quick though. I've decided I wont be a philosophy major after all, I want to be a writer is the truth- I don't care if its a pipe dream, besides, I don't think there is much difference between a good philosopher and a good writer anyway, philosophers don't possess much power past their ability to articulate every little idea everyone has all ready had. Kant's whole moral philosophy could be summed up like this: ''But what if everybody did it?'' So why did he have to write volume after volume trying to justify it? because he had a rep' a rep he had to defend against the endless masturbatory battle lines that philosophers and other pseudo intellectual trash like to draw up for each other. [02 Jun 2006|05:13am] [ music | Queen ] My computer died. And im starting to think that there will be no ressurecting it, not this time. Whatever is wrong is just too bad. When I gave up on fixing it last night, I stoped and took a long look at it, and I realized it was proably one of my best friends, and now it was gone. An entire reality I had managed to construct with this machine. It was very sobering to be woken up from digitial lala land like that, Oh well I guess ill have more time to read physical books. I had planed on going to Fallbrook this weekend, but now it appears that ill have to stay here and work on school stuff. I am so fed up with school, and yes ive always had a distaste for school we all have, but lately it has been worse then I could have ever imagined. It is with such intensity that I feel asthough I am going to explode out my own chest. They added a finals week AFTER the last day, just another pile of bullshit before they let me get the fuck out. 1 oi

[26 May 2006|05:37pm] Disney land was realy fun, even though they played non-stop party rap. I got to go on preety much everything except pirates of the carribean which is being redone and space moutain which was swamped.It was a little dissillusioning though, everything was smaller than I remember and the roller coasters didnt scare me as much anymore the snake in indiana jones just looked silly. I ended up liking the kiddy rides the best ecspecialy peter pan, and getting a good look at my generation didnt make me feel to good either, were all either realy ghetto or wish we were. 8 oi

[24 May 2006|04:42pm] I was on the bus on my way home from school today and much to my suprise Chris lomah got on. I walked over him and we started talking I hadnt seen the guy almost a year and I thought he was still in jail, he told me he had gotten out in april and is now he lives downtown in some sort of rehab deal. He had gained some weight and looked kind of dirty, well he was always dirty, so he preety much looked the same. It was very odd running into him in san diego like that, this was the dorky kid who used to follow me and alex around when we were freshmen now he has a kid and is fresh out of jail. Maybe we'll get to throw moltovs at stuff again. 2 oi
